This website is operated by Sangeetha S Abishek in connection with her marketing consulting practice, supported by SODME Digital Marketing Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or submitting the consultation form, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, mainly through the consultation form. This may include:

• Company or brand name
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Website or Instagram handle (optional)
• Information you share about your business and marketing challenge (optional)

Our hosting provider may also automatically log basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the website running. We do not use this to personally identify you.

• To contact you and arrange the 15-minute consultation call you requested
• To understand your business and respond to your enquiry
• To provide, and follow up on, consulting services if we work together
• To keep records of enquiries and improve how we respond

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. How your information is shared

Your form details are received by Sangeetha and the SODME team so we can respond. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the website and the form:

• Form delivery: the consultation form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards your submission to our email inboxes.
• Website hosting: the website is hosted on Vercel.

These providers only handle your information to perform their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as approximate location, device, browser and pages visited; this is processed by Google on our behalf. We use it only to improve the website and our marketing, not to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry out any work that follows, and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at info@sodme.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Links to other websites

Our website and social profiles may link to other websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to read their own privacy policies.

This website and our services are intended for business owners and professionals, and are not directed at children.
